Medicine Ball Slams:  11lbsx6×9

Thoughts:  I followed this mess with fifteen minutes of stretcing and foam roller work. 

Good sweat today.  The Bench felt good, too. 

I need to take proper rest times between sets.  Today was about two minutes.
