Heels Raised 1&1/4 Squat:  65×8/85×8x4

BS DL:  55×8/60×8/75×8/80×8x2
Split GM:  50×8/55×8/70×8/75×8x2

Woodchop:  45×15x3

Thoughts:  Followed this with about seven minutes of stretching and foam roller.

Tough again today.  My legs were gorged after the squats.

Weight was 179.6lbs.
