Heels Raised 1&1/4 Squat:  115×4/120×4x3/125×4x2

SS:
BS DL:  90×4/95×4x2/100×4/105×4/120×4*
Split GM:  85×4/90×4x2/95×4/100×4x2

Woodchop:  35×15x2/40×15

Thoughts:  *almost lost my balance on the last couple of reps.

Good today.  Don’t quite get the pump I do with the high reps, but I’m still getting beat up pretty good.

Followed with six minutes of stretching.

Weight this morning was 181.1lbs.
