Heels Raised 1&1/4 Squat: 95×4x3/105×4/115×4x2

SS:
Bulgarian Split DL: 50×4/60×4/80×4/90×4x3
Split Good Morning: 30×4/45×4/65×4/85×4x3

Woodchop: 25×15 each side

Thoughts: Good workout. I followed with some quick stretching.
