BB Shoulder Press: 60×6x3/65×6x2

DB Chek Press: 30(2-15s)x6×3/40(2-20s)x6 x2

Towel Bicep Curls: 30(2-15s)x6×3/40(2-20s)x6 /40(2-20s)x5×1

Upper Body Russian Twists: 12×3

Thoughts: I accidentally did the the curls and the twists as a superset for a couple of rounds. I believe those are supposed to be separate. I did the proper sets of Twists aftet the curls.

I had an extra long gap between the second last set of Shoulder Presses and the last set of Chins as someone decided to use the bar I was using to stretch. Whatever.

Warm Up:  Five mintes on the Precore Crosstrainer

Rest Periods:  90 seconds
Tempo:  321

Snatch Grip DL:  155×3x2/165×3/175×3/185×3/200×3

Dynamic Lunges:  80×3x5/85×3
Step Up:  70(2-35s)x3×6

Incline Reverse Crunches:  12×3

Thoughts:  Whew… nice to hit 200 on the DL.  I’m guessing I could do more weight with a standard grip DL.

Good sweat today.  The 321 tempo was a challenge on the SS.  Not hard, just once the body gets to a certain point it just drops.

BB Reverse Grip BO Row:  40×25/45×25
BB Bench Press:  55×25/65×25

Wide Grip Cable Seated Row:  60×25x2
DB Incline Bench Press:  30(2-15s)x2

Dips:  14/8/4

Swiss Ball Crunch:  12×3

Thoughts:  This ain’t easy.  I added an extra set of Dips to compensate for the lack of 2×25 on the scheduled amount.  Still, only made 26 out of 50 total.  I used the regular dipping station as the assisted one was being used.  Still, happy with getting 14 out of the first 25.

Overall, good today. 

I did get a funny look from Speed Rep guy when I had a five pound weight on each end of the Oly bar on my first set of Bench Presses.  But then again, I was going slow and doing 25 reps.  ha.

Thoughts:  These slow negatives are a fantastic burn.  Wow…  Lighter weights than usual to acommodate the slower pace. 

Overall, good today.
