Thoughts: I accidentally did the the curls and the twists as a superset for a couple of rounds. I believe those are supposed to be separate. I did the proper sets of Twists aftet the curls.
I had an extra long gap between the second last set of Shoulder Presses and the last set of Chins as someone decided to use the bar I was using to stretch. Whatever.
