Squat: 90×15x3
DL Shrug: 90×15x3
SS:
BSS: 15×3
Step Up: 15×3
Sissy Squats: 15×3
Reverse Crunches: 15×3
Thoughts: DONE! ha! Upped the weight in the Squats and the DL Shrug. It was tough to keep the rest periods to 30 seconds on the BSS/Step Up Superset… more like 60 to 75 seconds.
Stretched and Foam Rolled afterward.
