Warm Up:  One Arm BB Bar Press 3×10

Squat:  125×5x3/135×5x1/145×5x1

DL Shrug:  145×5x3/155×5x2

SS:
BSS:  60(2-30s)x5×5
Step Up:  60(2-30s)x5×5

Reverse Crunches:  15×3

Thoughts:  I was going to do more, but I ran out of time.  I felt as though I could have done more… felt like I had more energy in me when I was done, but not after each movement was complete…
