Warm Up:  three minutes on the rower and yoga stuff (6)

Walking Lunge w/knee raises:  30(2-15s)x5×5

Step Up (Bench):  30(2-15s)x5×5

Calf Raises w/5 sec hold at top:  15×3

Swiss Ball Rolls:  10×3
Swiss Ball Crunches:  10lbsx10×3

Thoughts:  181.1 pounds this morning.  I hate Bulgarian Split Squats.  That’s a heck of a super set.

Thoughts: I weighed 183.2 this morning. I upped the weights as I felt comfortable with them from last week. I will continue this thing till Christmas and see how things go.
