Prone DB Incline Bench Rows: 40lbs(2-20s)x10×4
Lunges: 20lbs(2-10s)x10×4
Squats @ Wall: 20lbs(2-10s)x10×4
Parallel Bar Dips: 10/10/4/4
Tricep Rope Push Downs: 27.5lbsx10×2/9/4
Swiss Ball Crunch: 10×3
Thoughts: Weighed in at 186.6 this morning. Died on the Push downs and dips… gah, my tris were burned. Overall, good today… did about seven minutes of stretching afterward.
