Starting Over - Seven

Start: 7:48am
Finish: 8:48am

Warm Up: Three minutes on eliptical/Rotator cuff stuff/Yoga stuff

Prone DB Incline Bench Rows: 40lbs(2-20s)x10×4
Lunges: 20lbs(2-10s)x10×4
Squats @ Wall: 20lbs(2-10s)x10×4
Parallel Bar Dips: 10/10/4/4
Tricep Rope Push Downs: 27.5lbsx10×2/9/4

Swiss Ball Crunch: 10×3

Thoughts: Weighed in at 186.6 this morning. Died on the Push downs and dips… gah, my tris were burned. Overall, good today… did about seven minutes of stretching afterward.

Starting Over Six

Monday, November 5th, 2007

Start:  7:50am
Finish:  8:50am

Warm Up:  Four minutes on the treadmill, rotator cuff and yoga stuff.

Shoulder Width Supine Grip Lat PD:  80lbsx10×4
Step Up (Bench - each leg):  20lbs(2-10s)x10×4
BSS with OH Press:  20lbs(2-10s)x10×4
BB Bench:  70lbsx10×4

Swiss Ball Rolls:  10×3 sets

Thoughts:  Weight was 184.6 this morning.  I stretched after this and damn that felt good.  The BSS with OH Press was killer. 

Rest was around 30 seconds.

Warm Up: Five minutes on the treadmill, rotator cuff stuff and yoga stuff

Prone DB Bench Rows: 30lbs(2-15s)x10/40(2-20s) x10×3
Parallel Bar Dips: 10/10/7/3
Lunges: 20lbs(2-10s)x10×4
Squats @ wall: 20lbs(2-10s)x10×4
Tricep Rope Pushdowns: 16.5lbsx10/22lbsx10/27.5lbsx10/33lbsx10

Thoughts: weight was 183.6lbs this morning. Did some core work and stretching. Threw in the Pushdowns today. Things seem to be progressing well with my back, no real agony.
