Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower

Cable Seated Rows: 90×15x3

DB Shoulder Press: 30(2-15s)x15×3
WG Lat PD: 70×15x3

BB CG BP: 45×15x3
High Pull: 45×15x3

Swiss Ball Crunch: 15×3

Thoughts: Fried the tris. My goodness. Upped the Incline, the CSR and the Wide Grip. Was going to up the Close Grip but the arms were getting to be toast…

Hypertrophy One - B7

Start:  7:44am
Finish:  8:39am

Warm Up:  Five minutes on the treadmill and some rotator cuff stuff.

Smith Squat:  100×10x4

DL Shrug:  145×10x4

SS:
BSS (chair):  10lbs(2-5s)x10×1/20lbs(2-10x)x10×3
Step Up (step):  10lbs(2-5s)x10×1/20lbs(2-10x)x10×3

Reverse Crunches:  3×15

Thougths:  weight was 180 this morning.  I upped the Squats and added weights to the BSS/Step Ups.  This is killer.

Warm Up - Three minutes on the eliptical. Rotator cuff stuff

Cable Seated Rows: 120×5x2/130×5/140×5x2

WG Lat PD: 100×5x5

BB CG BP: 85×5x5
High Pull: 85×5x5

Swiss Ball Crunch: 3×15

Thoughts: Weight was 182 this morning. Good workout desptire only five hours of sleep. Upped the weight on a few things.

Took in the Def Leppard concert last night in Calgary. These guys are 50-ish or so. Phil Collen, lead guitar for the band is in fantastic shape. Took two songs before his shirt came off and was showing off a pretty good six pack.

I didn’t take my camera with because in the old days of rock concerts that wasn’t allowed. Now in the digital age, apparently it’s fine. But wow, I was impressed.

Given the lifestyle a rock star can lead, it was good to see.
