Tricep Dips (feet on ball):  107/10/9/7

Thoughts:  Weight was 180 this morning.  A bit of chit chat today so it took a little longer today.  I also upped the rest time between deads to 60 seconds and I upped the weight.

The BO Rows were odd today.  Took a while to really get the feel of them today.
