Where did the energy go??
Today was by far the worst workout i’ve had in months. I lacked intensity and was one of those wannabe’s today, you know just kinda going thru the motions. Im just feeling completely depleated today. I woke up this afternoon and honestly didn’t want to go to the gym at all, I never don’t wanna go to the gym, its what I look forward to the most daily. I haven’t made diet changes yet, but I gotta say this worries me. Im lowering my cals / carbs / fats all in the final 6 week diet, and if im showing signs of going flat now, i may just completely fall with the diet adjustments. Time will tell but as of right now, I just feel drained.

It totally sucks bro.. I’ll warn you about that. Stay away from the pre-workout energy drinks and NO-Xplode. I used the caffeine Stay Awake tablets and L-Arginine. Anything with high B-12 with help you get through your workouts. I saw other competitors taking Niacin tablets. Just a few ideas to help with the energy levels. Good Luck Bro

I personally am not big on supplements all the time, and again that is just for myself but, I would say go with a complete B-Complex vitamin daily and also NO-Xplode or another one some guys from my gym take called Body Octane by Mann Sports… they say it jumps their energy way up and gives them a pump.
