			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i&#8217;m down to around 21% bodyfat.  i&#8217;ve been on a diet for a few months now.(i lose almost 1% bf every two weeks)  the bodyfat is falling off, but the size and strenght gains are coming slowly.(i&#8217;m getting definition, just not a lot of size)  my question is, if i eat more(lean of course) can i build more muscle without stopping the fat loss.  i just want to get bigger.  i&#8217;m fine with the bodyfat coming down slower, as long as it dosn&#8217;t stop.  any advice is welcome</p>
