I’ve got a question for the lifters. I just got back into working out about ten weeks ago(been out of it for two years), the last month has been serious. I’ve also lost about a 100 pounds in the last seven and a half months. How long does it take to get your strength back? Before I quit I was benching about 390 pounds, now maybe 250.
does anybody have any advice about drinking. i train hard during the week and i have a good diet, but on saturdays during football season i like to get hammered. is it alright once a week or should i just not drink at all. anyone with any advice, or experience feel free to drop a line.
just started working out again, i’ve been quit since feb 08. i’ve been on a diet since march of this year, i’ve lost OVER 70lbs. i’m down to 293. i’ve been very weak, i guess because of the diet and how long it’s been since i worked out last. anyway, guess i’m back.
