body fat
Thursday, November 26th, 2009i’m down to around 21% bodyfat. i’ve been on a diet for a few months now.(i lose almost 1% bf every two weeks) the bodyfat is falling off, but the size and strenght gains are coming slowly.(i’m getting definition, just not a lot of size) my question is, if i eat more(lean of course) can i build more muscle without stopping the fat loss. i just want to get bigger. i’m fine with the bodyfat coming down slower, as long as it dosn’t stop. any advice is welcome
