body fat

i’m down to around 21% bodyfat.  i’ve been on a diet for a few months now.(i lose almost 1% bf every two weeks)  the bodyfat is falling off, but the size and strenght gains are coming slowly.(i’m getting definition, just not a lot of size)  my question is, if i eat more(lean of course) can i build more muscle without stopping the fat loss.  i just want to get bigger.  i’m fine with the bodyfat coming down slower, as long as it dosn’t stop.  any advice is welcome

when meat is cooked does it lose any protein, i know the weight difference is mostly water.  i cant seem to find any good links on the subject.
