NO shotgun v.3

should i still take my creatine while taking NO shotgun.  any advice would be helpfull.

    Yeah man, after your loading phase or with your loading phase. What I do is.

    First 7 Days

    5g in morning (creatine monohydrate)
    5g - 7g (two scoops of shotgun)
    5g after training (creatine monohydrate)
    5g at night. (creatine monohydrate)

    Then maintenance

    Week 2-6

    5 -7g (two scoops of shotgun)
    and
    5g after (creatine monohydrate)
