:-( my legs are lagging behind… so i decided that it is time to bring them up! i worked real hard, pushed myself heaps. that night i got a HUGE cramp, it hurt BAD and lasted about 10min! went to psyhio and it turns out the cramp has given me grade 1 muscle tears in my vastus mediulas!!! now i have to do light rehab to get it back up to scratch
now i have to wait longer to get big legs lol

Ah, cripe, that’s no good… Harder ain’t always better. Remember though that injuries are only 2/3 healed once the pain stops. Take it easy on it once you can get back to training them.
