MAN! Talk about a dissappointing weigh-in. I weighed in at about 1kg heavier then last week but 2.5% more bf!! AND I had been eating a little cleaner. I think the problem was my mum was buying alot more full cream milk instead of light milk like I normally have. DAM YOU FULL CREAM, tastes yuck anyway.
So that means that I am 93.4kg at 17%bf. I have 15.9kg of bf. If I was to cut down to 8%bf that means I would end up weighing approx 83.7kg. I would like to weigh 90kg at 8%bf, so maybe I should push on just a little longer?? Cut down on carbs?? Do a little cardio??
4th week into my first bulking and I am at 88.9kg at 15%bf
When I started I weighed 80.8kg at 12%bf
That means that in 4 weeks I have gained 3.64kg in bf and 4.46kg in other things (water, muscle etc)
I am getting a bit of a gut so I think I’ll have to cut down on the amount of fats I am taking in (admittedly I am eating a few cheat meals. A pizza here a lolly there).
If that doesn’t work then… well i can’t cut down on too much else or else it’s not bulking lol
:-( my legs are lagging behind… so i decided that it is time to bring them up! i worked real hard, pushed myself heaps. that night i got a HUGE cramp, it hurt BAD and lasted about 10min! went to psyhio and it turns out the cramp has given me grade 1 muscle tears in my vastus mediulas!!! now i have to do light rehab to get it back up to scratch now i have to wait longer to get big legs lol
…! first and second exercise where ok. Then I get to exercise and BAM all my strength is gone. >:( Cameron seems to think that I might approaching overtraining as I have been training with high intensity for approx 2 months now. THAT SUCKS! But I must play it smart. After this week I will use next week as a active recovery week. It’s apart of it! Don’t give up!
It is time! I have started supplementing Creatine, Glutamine, Branch Chain Amino Acids and (bodybuilding) Multi vitamins. They are all AST products and I am taking servings upon waking, 30min before my workout, before my workout, after my workout and then before sleep. Let’s see how this goes!
