Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008Okay I hate blogging but I thought since I have a little time today I would write my progress from the August 1st (when I started training) to now. Because of the line of work I do and the crazy hours I work I was getting really broken down and tired. So I decided to start exercising to gain weight, muscle, and feel better about myself.
My main goal was to gain about 30 to 35 pounds ( i know thats alot). I started at 149. I wanted to exercise everyother day and eat at least 2400 calories a day. As of today August 2nd Im weighing in at 161. Im pretty proud of myself. I havent missed one day of my workout until this mourning =( Im getting over a cold and just didnt have any energy today. But I must say that Im taking Animal Pak Multi -Vitamin and its great! If I wasnt taking those I know I’d still be up in bed right now with a cold.
Okay, so these are my current supplements and I love them but I’m going to change up after this week. Right now I’m using SuperPump 250 and SizeOn. This stuff is amazing, I feel like I’m going to burst out of my skin when I’m lifting. One problem you have a drink a good amount ot liquid with them. I cant be going to the bathroom every 30 minutes. Taking those with my weight gainer and whey are killing me!
So Im switching up. Im going to use Animal Pak, Animal Pump , and Animal M-Stack. Thats a whole lot a pills but hopefully I can get them down with around 1 1/2 glasses of water. If this doesnt work them I’ll have to go back to my previous stack. Heres some B4 and after pix tell me what you think…keep in mind its only been 30 days since I started this =)
