It’s been about a month since I began going to the gym and I have seen some results in strength but not in the physique aspect. I lifted twice a week so results will not be that great. Im going to begin a 4 day workout routine and take a photo every morning to make a video transformation.

Im back in the weight room but not in full swing as I still have pain/discomfort on the right side of my chest. I will continue to do all other exercises that don’t invovle the chest/abdominal as that is when I feel pain =( . That limits me quit a bit ha? Hopefully with light weights it will improve. But Im totally excited that I can at least work out. Off to the gym in a few hrs.

I really want to get started on my body transformation goal but I’m sick (cold) and I’m still recovering from a snowboarding injury that was in late january . I am worried about this injury because the pain keeps coming back but I am going to get that checked again tomorrow. I hope that it is not anything worse. As soon as I recover from this, I am hitting the weights hard.
