Today has been an awesome day for lifting. This morning when I got done with work I took my dogs out and did about an hours worth of sprint intervals in the snow. Trying to sprint while not slipping on a pile of ice was quite interesting, but happy to report I never fell I think my dogs were thoroughly confused as to why I kept sprinting away from them, but by the end they thought it was the coolest new game of chase.
Gym tonight was great. I feel like I am getting stronger on my assisted pull ups and my try for a few real pull ups next week. The past few weeks I have been squatting on the smith machine but today went back into the regular squat rack and upped my weight I felt really strong on leg press too and increased my weight and reps. By the time I got to cardio at the end of my workout my legs were complete jello. I am pretty sure I looked extra special attempting the ellipitcal when I could barely get my legs to move in a smooth motion lol. But hey I got through it and now eating some chicken and then getting ready for work. Hope everyone else got in a good lift today!
