Chest/Shoulders/Cardio
Today I hit chest and shoulders, it was awesome. I switched my chest routine up a little and did some straight, decline, and incline bench press. I am benching more than I was a couple months ago, so that was exciting to see. Then I mixed in some extra free weight and cable work for both chest and shoulders. By the time I finished with weights I was pretty exhausted so I was not in the mood to do cardio. But..... I pushed through and was able to get an hour in- 20 min on treadmill, elliptical, and bike.
I ran out of pre prepped talapia and egg whites so I am getting those cooked up now so I will have my food ready for work tonight. Excited to hit legs tomorrow!
