Today I took a much needed 'rest' day...meaning just cardio no weights. It felt good to get a little time to rest my muscles cause I was pretty sore by yesterday night. I am looking forward to jumping back into weights hard tomorrow.
I am hoping that tonight will go ok at work. I have a doctor appointment right after work and I have to be fasted 6 hours prior....no food, no water. My goal at work tonight is not to kill anyone and not to pass out! Wish me luck!
