I have had a lot on my mind lately so I have been having a difficult time sleeping. Since I was just laying in bed this morning I decided to stop staring at the ceiling and get in an early workout. I was outta bed by 530 am, took my supps and ate my breakfast and was at the gym by about 645 am. I spent an hour on the stepmill- burned 650 calories and then did about 25 minutes of abs. My friend then joined me at the gym and we hit back and biceps together. By the end of the workout I was exhausted, but felt good.
This afternoon I got another 30 minutes in on the treadmill and took my dogs for an hour walk for some added cardio. I have to work tonight so tomorrow I need to get all my meals prepped for the weekend.
