this weekend we went sledding and I was running up and down the steep hill all day, and now my left leg is very sore and needs to rest, plus I forgot to take my gym bag out of the car since friday and it was quite very frozen

I havent posted in a while and I havent posted any workouts in a while but I’ve still been going everyday, just more random as far as what I want to do when I am there, I am going by feel, whatever isnt sore, that gets trained till its tired or I run out of time. I am admittedly doing less volume and probably less overall since I am not really pushing myself as much, but I feel better everyday, less debilitating soreness and more just good strong sore but happy kinda deal

though I dont know if its from the water bloating from the creatine in the NO shotgun, or the more dramatic use of light and pose, I see a thicker chest in my progress pictures (and profile pic) and I like. ok sure I played a bit with the contrast and brightness of the photo, but thats just to make things stand out better and I didnt doctor it aside from that, its all me.
anyways too much rum this weekend made yesterdays and todays workouts pretty rough and weak, hopefully I will have recovered by tommorrow

the program says my 1 rep max for bench press is more than I weigh, so thats actually a big goal right there, now I dont know that I can actually lift how much I weigh and I dont feel like finding out and my next goal is 250×5x5 on the bench, but I can call this a goal met

a mini goal, not really something huge, but its good for me. I got the big plates on the bar while squatting today. now generally this isnt all that huge a deal, since on the smith machine (which I hate vehmenantly) or in a squat cage I can throw a couple plates on no big deal, but at my current gym I have to clean and press the weight out onto my back, so I throw that weight over my head and rest it on my shoulders, and I did that with the big plates today. which means, for all but the actual clean and press (which I dont snap up or such since I wanna use my shoulders to press it up instead of throwing the weight with my legs) I am using the big plates for everything, and I COULD clean and press with big plates if I didnt wanna do them slow and with my arms
