tried to do just 2 excersizes but did them a bunch, dips I did 8 sets of 5 after a warmup set of 10, then did 4 sets of machine preacher curl. I dont feel it yet, hopefully I will

did deadlifts yesterday in, well in a long time, I’ll check my progress stats to find out, anyways, found I am sore in all kinds of areas I wouldnt think of, back inner thighs is an odd one to be sore in I think, but its probably connected.

had it pretty good this weekend, watched a bunch of movies, carved some pumpkins, that kinda thing.
this morning I had it pretty good in the gym, nothing great or awsome or low but just average, which is good.

had nothing again this morning. and my back hurt really bad when I woke up. I may have annoyed it carrying the families laundry. I also had a couple glasses of wine last night and that could have helped me to not have energy or strength, also I didnt have much for dinner, 4 eggs and a PB&J sandwich and a bannana. had one of those before todays workout as well. so I was out and tired, but I worked out anyways and increased the overall volume of my bench, which was all I could do. I’m lighter if thats good at all

I usually hit the gym before work, when there are just a few regulars there. yesterday I had an early deadline and had to go after work, there are a LOT more people there then and there are a LOT more larger guys, which kinda makes me more comfortable there, feels less like a ladies gym

went hiking with the wife this weekend, no kids, we started out late and hiked in the night, but it was ok, we had the lodge to ourselves and booze in our packs, stayed warm all night too. I would have taken pictures because it was so beautiful, but really, a phone wont take a nice enough picture to do it justice, so I didnt bother

so on my way into the gym I kept playing mettalica songs and singing loudly and getting myself pumped up. I was determined to go 110% this morning. then I did. right before I got to the gym "fuel" played, and I got all ballistic, as normal with that song, and super pumped up. I sang that line before every set, in my head of course, and just went all nuts and lifted HARD. made some records all around.
bench 135lbs 2sets 10reps
cable row 175lbs 2 sets 12 reps, 190lbs 1 set 12 reps
dips 130lb assist 8 reps 2 sets, 115lb assist 1 set 6 reps
curls 20lbs 1 set 20reps
oblique crunches 25reps each side 2 sets
db mil press 70lbs 2 sets 6 reps, 40lbs 1 set 6 reps(supersetted)
yeah buddy! wooooooo!
