I found somewhere to lift!
I found an American Football team who is always looking for players, and the best part of it all is they have a small gym to work out in! Squat/Dead rack, Flat/Incline Bench, Pull-up Bar… I’m very happy. 160euros (~$210 right now) for participation until June. I can use the gym two, possibly three times per week before practices. I’m making some changes to my split because of the good news, and for the first time I will be working out the same bodyparts multiple times in the week depending on if a barbell will be available to me or not. I just ordered my supplements from BB.com and they’ll be arriving soon. Hello bulking season! I’m not quite sure what’s better- that I get to lift seriously or that I get to play football again.
