Its been a long time since I’ve done a blog since it’s not really my thing, but I felt it was time to add one again since I just had started the 5×5 program about 3 weeks ago and I wanted to record my progress.
Squat - 205
Row - 150
Deadlift - 180
Bench - 180 or 100s (dumbbells)
Military Press - 150

Well it’s been a few months off now; about 5 and Christmas has just finally ended. This will be only my seconds blog so far, but I decided that if anyone reads it or not this will keep me going. I’ve started bulking and I’m at about 175 almost, still have almost another 10 lbs to gain before summer cutting. I feel great, I look a lot better, even the color in my face is back showing that I’m healthy again. This time around I’m going to be more a part of this community to keep myself and others motivated, so good luck to everyone and try to keep up!
