		<description><![CDATA[Well guess I&#8217;m doin a yoga class this morning.  Thought I would give it a try,  worse case scenario I get to work on my flexibility.  Gonna crush the weight pile immediately after, will be sweet.  Back and bi&#8217;s heavy low reps.
