So I weighed myself today and luckily i did not gainĀ 5 lbs I am 123 lbs
My dad just passed away Friday this is so terribley hard and devistating his memorial is Thursday
I am going to try and go to the gym tomorrow if not then ill do my ketlle bell dvd at home I feel like doing nothing :\ Trying not to overeat

Today was okay Just sat around and waited for my sister to come home and work out After working out we went shopping for some food we got…
Broccoli, Frozen/steambag Mixed Veggies, Edamame, Ground Beef, LOTSA Chicken, Pork Chops, Chili garlic sauce, low carb bbq sauce, extra virgin olive oil, pickles, and lettuce
I forgot to get oregano and fresh garlic! Ill get it next for next week for the pork chops
Wow someone ACTUALLY told me YOU NEED CARBS TO LOSE WEIGHT..Really? That’s how I went from 165 lbs to 123 lbs.. okay!
