Diet/ Exercise struggle with Work
Okay, time for an update. I’ve moved to Charleston, SC and I’m now doing real estate, Herbalife, UFC, and Budweiser promotions. I took 2 months off all work when I moved down here and was able to eat right and exercise 90 something % of the time. Now however, I have to work for it. Here’s what I’m doing in between work:
This morning: 4 egg whites with shredded cheese, ezekiel bread toast, Multivitamin, and Cell Activator. While running to my car for a sales meeting I scarfed down a small banana. During bumper to bumper morning traffic I drank my 2 water bottles.
When I got to the meeting everyone (how lovely) was eating doughnuts and bagels with a butt-load of cream cheese. I sipped my water…slowwwwly, lol.
Lunch: I took in containers of cubed chicken, mustard, and some black beans. (My co-workers went for lunch at Sonic.)
Snack: a few cubes of pepperjack cheese 8 wheat thins. More water & amino acid.
Pre-workout: NO-explode. 2 tbsp. of organic peanut butter. YUM.
Workout: shoulders & arms. I’ll let you know how it turns out!

Hows the herbalife thing going for you? Tough gig but if you have the drive it will work for you.

Hey! The Herbalife stuff is great. It’s a lot easier when I stay in the gym!!
