P90X Day 31 - June 4, 2009 (First Round)
Well today was the first day of the nex 30 days. I love how P90X saves a few workouts for each phase. Now that I'm in phase 2, I'm doing back & biceps w/o chest which I think is great. It changes things up constantly to make you work harder. And you can't go wrong with pull-ups. Oh yeah, I got introduced to "corn-cob" pull-ups today! I'd seen them done on the infomercial, but it didn't set in just how hard they are! They are brutal! I thought I was doing good knocking out 12-15 pull-ups (8-10 w/o chair) until this new variation hit me like a ton of bricks. I could only get 8 WITH A CHAIR. I am definitely looking forward to getting my revenge on this workout!

Yes, I would get up the fiber, too. The German organisation for nutritional science recommends at least 30 grams of dietary fiber a day for a normal individual. Personally, I don't like more than 50 grams per day. Otherwise I feel so bloated.
