Day One…
October 23, 2006I woke up at 126 lbs. Went to LA Fitness and worked out for 2 hours. 30 min cardio on the elliptical, arms, back, and abs. I spoke to Ed the whole time I was on the elliptical, it really helped to make the time go by faster. I just had part of a tuna sandwich and some pickles. I can’t start the meal plan yet because I still need all of the ingredients and haven’t had a chance to go to the grocery store. Wish me luck!!!
