No turning back…
Thursday, October 26th, 2006Signed up for 194 sessions (for the year) with trainer Marques Taylor. Today he worked out our legs on the Leg Extension, Squat, and Leg Press. We also did Lunges. He worked us so hard I thought I was going to pass out. Afterwards he stretched us out and massaged our legs. It was the best workout I’ve ever had. 125 more sessions to go! There’s no failing with this routine!
Went to Waffehouse afterwards with Brandie and Damond. Had 5oz. sirloin, 2 over medium eggs, tomatoes, and 1 slice of wheat toast. Next time I’ll remember to hold the yolks! (Also had a ‘Rise & Shine’ protein shake - strawberries, oranges, bananas, oatmeal, and Whey protein).
Need to buy some Whey Protein powder, fresh fruit, and a blender!
