I stopped doing my workouts for two weeks straight. I still weigh the same, infact I lost 5 pounds, but I think that was water-weight. I’m starting the excersize plan again. See how that goes.

Well, I took last night off. Today, I have to do my cardio and weight lifting. I’m starting to feel lazy, which is not good at all!! Then I remember it’s almost a new year, what happened to my fitness goals, I should keep going with this. So, here I’ am writting a blog and after this I’m getting on the stationary bike.

I’m now doing 40 minutes of cardio. I feel like its hard to keep up with the weight lifting now. I’ve been skipping a few days here and there.

First week of doing cardio again.
In just a week of doing cardio and a month of working on my legs, the love handles are smaller. I also lost a little weight in my face. I wonder how i’ll look in three more weeks!

Yep, I haven’t done cardio in months. I think it’s time to bring the bike out. Shed some bodyfat. I’ve Been doing lifts that cover more then one body part at a time. I find I get faster results this way.

I think I need long finger gloves. The ones that are cut off, don’t work well. They slide back and I end up the same as being bare handed. The bar’s rough part digs right into my skin. Leaves them so rough and dry after but mostly it just hurts.
Oh and I sorta kinda met a guy. Weird ways of meeting people, always seems to happen to me. I’m glad for the internet, cause I found an account of his. Don’t know what sparked my interest to search for him. I actually didn’t expect to find him, since I only knew his first name. Does that make me a stalker? Maybe if I left twenty comments it would, right? I’m going to leave two. I have an excuse for the second one. =)

My back, shoulders, and arms, ache from doing my leg workout. Just thought I’d mention that. So, for a few weeks I might lay off doing excersizes for those body parts.

I went down a half a size in my pants, just after a week of starting the leg workouts and more cardio. Definately seeing big changes now. How fast should I increase the weights and by how much? I know it’s on the bodybuilding main site, but I just wanted to hear from personal experience.

Finally moved into the house. Gotta clean my room up a bit. I brought some boxes in here and made a mess looking for something. I guess I can finally post some progress pictures.

Finally got an interview for a job thats at a hotel/casino. The problem is all the interview time slots are filled. Hopefully one will open.
I think I might take a week off weight lifting, to let my body fully restore itself, whenever I do that I end up stronger.
