Lights out

I’ve been eating more frequently with smaller meals, but I get this odd feeling that I’m hungry more often.  I guess it’s because I never reach that really-full feeling.  I really need to count the calories in these small meals as a sanity check.
Last night I played tennis and won the first two sets 6-4, 6-2 but somehow everything went wrong in the third.  I was losing 4-1 in the set and basically giving up when the lights went out at 10pm.  Good timing!

All right, I’m about 192 pounds today and I have been hoping to get over 200 since last year.  I was 202 at one point and felt bloated, which should have taught me that weight is just a number.  There were a lot of life changes this year so my weight dropped as I didn’t focus on eating day by day.  Now that life has calmed down a bit, I can focus on my goals again.  I’ll try to use Bodyspace to stay motivated.
