Starting monday im starting on the Max-Ot work out. I have read every bit of liteiture on the program. Thought what the heck, I needed a set program to work with. So monday here i come.
Trying to get everything in order to be at the gym five days a week is kinda heckic. Lol, Im not worried though. Worked out, Felt good. Still reading up on all on what to eat, what not to eat. I guess i just get really confused on acually what to eat. I know I have read to eat protein, some carbs, and so on but, not stateing like that, what do i eat. Eggs veggies, fruits, ect. What kind, when, and how much.
Well I guess this is the begining. More and more i read and see that people are making a difference in there lives and changing them selfs the more i look to my self. So now I am going to the gym 5 days a week. Still working on the diet as i have no clue were to start and what not to eat and what to eat. Wish me luck
