I wonder why
I’m back training and doing yoga and cardio and eating super clean for 3 weeks, ok so I’m starting to show my six pack and It looks like if I’m loosing weigh in my waist and hips and everywhere but guess what? I put a few pounds and even my waist is ticker….it doesn’t really bother me because I know I look a lot better and people tell me but I’m curios why ,because is not the first time this has happened. Can anybody help me out here? Maybe somebody knows why? Thanks!!!!
