This was one of my more frustrating days in the gym. Things were going well until the fire alarm went off midway through my second round. This was the second time in 3 days the fire alarm has gone off in the gym, the first time I was really pissed but at least it went off before we started the workout, but this time it was mid-workout… I was fuming. I should have just finished my workout, instead we all had to file outside and wait 20 minutes for the police to come to turn off the alarm, with such a blazing response time it’s a good thing it wasn’t a real fire. I got back in the gym and finished the second half of the workout even though my time was practically useless.
