AMRAP in 20 minutes
4 Handstand Pushups
8 Kettlebell swings (55#)
12 decline situps
This workout was a twist on the Triplet from the 2009 crossfit games. The games workout was AMRAP in 8 minutes with GHD situps. This was my first workout swinging the 55# kb and I was a little worried 20 minutes of this workout would be a bit overzealous (Luke, I thought of you as I was swinging your kb, tear). The handstand pushups went well and the kb swings actually went better than I was expecting. I was able to do the kb swings unbroken until the last couple of rounds but they were def. a challenge, the 35# kb seems like child’s play now.
