Monday’s Workout

Handstand pushups
Bodyweight back squats (155#)
Run 400m
Today was my second meeting with this workout. The handstand pushups were challenging but the bsquats and runs were absolutely miserable. 155# felt incredibly heavy and I ended up breaking up the first round into 3 sets. My last 400m run felt like nothing more than a labored shuffle and the stairs to the track killed me. Tough workout, definitely motivation to get my legs stronger.
