How do I start?
Thursday, August 28th, 2008I really really want to make more progress. The only things I have been able to be consistent with is my dieting for weight loss, and 4mph walking and 6mph jogging during my 1 hour lunch breaks at work.
And that is great. It got me down from 190 to 177 in less than 3 months. So I am happy about that. I still don’t have a consistent way to measure body fat %. But I am not worried about that right now.
I have been trying to learn how to build muscle mass. I think I am an Mesomorph type. A sorely underdeveloped one.
But how to train? I read about suppliments all the time, heavy reps, etc. Is there a guide that will help me create a plan with actual Lbs for the weights and how many reps, when to do then, etc?
I read a lot of forum posts. Guess it’s time to post my own question on this.
