Food Intake:

I found it is way to hard to keep track of what i am eating, i can guarantee you i am eating clean, but sometimes im not quite sure about what is being served, if i have to much question about the product i opt for a turkey sandwhich made with pita bread. I have to eat when i can, because i am very busy, but i am trying to up the calories abit, because i am losing energy.

Overall Today:
good workout, but my left shoulder was hurting during work and continues 12 hours into work and at the gym. I have to get used to the gym here, because of different equipment, and the fact, i am working out after spending 12 hours working in the sun. I need to remember to stay hydrated!!!!
