Getting Back on Track
This has been a good week of working out. I had expected to truly get it in last week considering work is usually slower during a holiday week. But my motivation level just wasn't there. Add a jammed shoulder during flag football and I just wasn't feeling it.
But this week has been much better. Haven't gotten much cardio in but I have gotten my favorite workouts in already with Friday and Sunday still left. May hit some of the least favorite workouts this weekend (legs and abs).
