best night at the gym
So tonight I couldnt find anyone to come to the gym with me.. Its sunday so I guess I understand so I went on my own to clear my head and it was probly the best workout I could have posibly given myself. I started with chest, which I dont really like doing on my own without a spot but i kept the weight and reps within my limit. Supersetted banch press with flys then moved on to dumbell press supersetted with inclined bench. then I moved on to shoulders and did a few machines and shrugs, both supersetted with fireman carries around the gym with 45’s. I felt really in the zone tonight so theeeenn I supersetted inclined sit-ups with tucks and I did 35, 30, 30. Then I moved to crunches and did 35 straight, 35 left, 35 right. then the same with 30 reps, and then 25. I feel like a million bucks right now so Im gunna go check me out in the shower lol
