sally wrists

i keep getting the pain in what I think is a tendon in my wrists :-/.  I feel like it may be because the weight ive been lifting has increased.   Usually when I do biceps with a straight bar.. or even after spotting someoneon the bench press. Ill feel this strain on the outside at the end of my wrists halfway down my forearm.  It hurts but I hate skipping arm days but it looks like Im going to have to for about a week and a half or so.  Some of the more experienced guys I work out with have said that its either happened to them or theyve seen it before and it will eventually go away.  Im hoping it will.  Maybe Ill just do some more forearm excersises with lighter weights.

 

…Oh well the Pats are 8-0 now and Im in the middle of watching the red sox win another world series :)

best night at the gym

So tonight I couldnt find anyone to come to the gym with me.. Its sunday so I guess I understand so I went on my own to clear my head and it was probly the best workout I could have posibly given myself.  I started with chest, which I dont really like doing on my own without a spot but i kept the weight and reps within my limit.  Supersetted banch press with flys then moved on to dumbell press supersetted with inclined bench.  then I moved on to shoulders and did a few machines and shrugs, both supersetted with fireman carries around the gym with 45’s.  I felt really in the zone tonight so theeeenn I supersetted inclined sit-ups with tucks and I did 35, 30, 30.  Then I moved to crunches and did 35 straight, 35 left, 35 right. then the same with 30 reps, and then 25.  I feel like a million bucks right now so Im gunna go check me out in the shower lol

some progress

so I took some shots last night about 5 weeks after I took the origionals and I was excited to already see some progress. Ive gained about 2 pounds but it seems like my weight is fluxuating so I dont know what my exact is.  I can definately see some lines now though and I see my little bitty chest get a tad bigger.  Its great motivation taking these pictures monthly.  I sent them to a few girls back home and they were looovin em!  Well Its time to keep on keepin on a joe dirt says and keep adding the weight and repititions

freakin abs

can anybody with an actual 6 pack give me any tips.  I think ab workouts are the most talked about and most read about excersises on the planet and I cant seem to find any good ones.  How long should it take to see definition if Im doing everything alright? I just have nooo idea but its annoying.  help me please?
