sally wrists
Sunday, October 28th, 2007i keep getting the pain in what I think is a tendon in my wrists :-/. I feel like it may be because the weight ive been lifting has increased. Usually when I do biceps with a straight bar.. or even after spotting someoneon the bench press. Ill feel this strain on the outside at the end of my wrists halfway down my forearm. It hurts but I hate skipping arm days but it looks like Im going to have to for about a week and a half or so. Some of the more experienced guys I work out with have said that its either happened to them or theyve seen it before and it will eventually go away. Im hoping it will. Maybe Ill just do some more forearm excersises with lighter weights.
…Oh well the Pats are 8-0 now and Im in the middle of watching the red sox win another world series
