Current Diet plan

July 12, 2009

I will be cycling a near zero carb/fat high protein diet with a low fat/low carb diet at 2 week intervals, been doing cardio for an hour on an empty stomach (sip creatine mono and BCAAsin crystal light during work out) and weights at night.

current diet looks like this
Morning cardio: BCAA’s & creatine mono

meal1: Egg white omelet with chopped mushrooms and onions with hummus

Meal2: Grilled chicken breast with broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower and summer squash

Meal3: 1 scoop ON’s 100% whey, celery

Meal4: Grilled chicken breast with broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower and summer squash

BCAA’s and creatine Mono during weights

Meal5: (Post work out shake) 2 scoops ON’s whey, 5 grams creatine mono

Meal6: (B4 bed shake) 1 scoop ON’s 100% casein

Meal7: (mid nigt shake yes i wake up for this) 1 scoop 1On’s 00% casein

I’m also taking vitamins twice a day and 2 fish oil gels 3 times a day

For the "low carb diet" cycle I’m going to eat my omelet as a sandwich with wheat bread add 1 serving of brown rice to my chicken and veggie meals, swap out the celery for an apple with my first shake and add a banana to my post work out shake…. also one of the chicken and veggies meal may be swapped with either fat free greek yogurt(Fat 0g  Total Carbohydrate 7g Dietary Fiber 0 Sugars 6g  Protein 22g ) or fat free cottage cheese (Total Fat 0g Total Carbohydrate 12g Sugars 10g Protein 28g)and an apple

Cutting

July 1, 2009

So I’ve I started doing cardio on an empty stomach (cant wait for my bcaa’s to come in) before work and weights at night after work this week. Next week I’m starting "the worlds toughest diet" That I read in a Muscle and Fitness Mag, which is basically almost all protein and as little to no carbs as possible (other then fiber) and as little fat as possible other then whats in the lean meats and an omega 3 caps 3 times a day. I will only be doing this for 2 weeks and then I will go back to my low carb moderate fats diet for another 2-3 and possible back again. Definitely starting to lean out a bit, and it feels really good to hear compliments from people who I didn’t even tell that I was trying to diet.

Winter bulk?

September 17, 2007

I have had a seasaw with my training where I get bigger, gain a little chubs cut back to where I was and gain some muscle + chub, cut back to where I was.  It’s so slow and I never get as lean as I’d like to be.  I was wondering if I should skip winters bulk and just cut untill i’m lean or not.  But I really don’t want my 16″ biceps to shrink!!!
