today is sept 30 2008,i started working out in jun 2008. when i started working out i was the most i have ever weighed at 225lbs. today i finally weighed at the gym since i started out.i was really amazed in this short time i had dropped down to 198lbs!! i’m still not setting my goals too high, but i do hope by dec 2008 to be down to 190lbs.i plan on takeing pictures of my progress then that way i can see the results of a hour and half at the gym 4 days a week are doing for me.
