just wondering to myself do i keep trying to bulk,since it is winter and i can hide the extra pounds:) or do i go ahead and start dieting and lean.my first thoughts are to just keep bulking until mid jan.then start leaning out for summer.the only thing is i’m worried that if i keep bulking how hard is it going to be to get off before summer?should i say my body likes to stay thick!! even though it would be nice to be able to shed the winter cloths and be ripped already for summer.oh well maybe i’ll figure it out before this months up.

10-28-08 well i’m going to get new measurements and my bmi done thrusday morning.i think i should really get some starting point now.since,i have been working out since 6-15-08 now. i not sure if i want to know my bmi yet.lol.well any way i need to no what it is. after i get all this i will be posting it on my page along with some pics to my page also so i can see and track every thing now.

well it’s 10-25-08 due to a job change i missed a week and a half.trying to find a new gym. i also decided on trying an e/c stack to see if i can loose some stuburn fat,and bumping my cardio up to 4 days a week.man i hate not haveing a gym that long it seems like i lost so much in just a short time out.well keep it pumped and train hard but smart.

today is sept 30 2008,i started working out in jun 2008. when i started working out i was the most i have ever weighed at 225lbs. today i finally weighed at the gym since i started out.i was really amazed in this short time i had dropped down to 198lbs!! i’m still not setting my goals too high, but i do hope by dec 2008 to be down to 190lbs.i plan on takeing pictures of my progress then that way i can see the results of a hour and half at the gym 4 days a week are doing for me.
