Hey, I got a link for you of a guy that seems to have it down when it comes to bulking up and then leaning out. He's pretty young but impressive none the less. He doesn't mind if you pm him about his suppliments etc. His metabolism is high too and he talks about how hard it is to put on mass. You should also consider tracking your calories for a while if you want to be serious about this. Try www.fitday.com or some others on the internet, just search for "calorie counter". Saying "A lot" isn't really going to cut it if you want to seriously put on mass. Here's the link to that kid.

You didn't say if you were taking a good creatine like "SizeOn" or what other supps you were taking. The forums have a lot of good info too. Good luck!

1) NOBODY stacks muscle like it's nothing. They have a calculated plan and a regiment, EVEN if they cheat up on steroids, prohornones, diuretics, etc., or have fortunate genetics.

2) On the natural side of things, it's usually matters of diet, training intensity &amp; intelligene, recovery, and perseverance.

3) I know how to help and you know where to find me.

Tellin' it like it is...

Well I think for someone to really help you, you might want to explain some things in another blog. Like how long have you been working out?... how much protein, food intake are you getting?. how often are you eating/are you eating clean?...what supps are you taking? How often do you train? Are you doing cardio? What's your weekly routine! :) That way some of the bigger guys might be able to narrow down any weak areas and give you some good advice. Good luck. I know you want to get bigger but you really look pretty good.
